Designated as the Art Director and brand authority for the Research In Motion (RIM) account in 2006. Managed, collaborated, and comprehensively trained an incredible team of over ten designers over the span of nearly five years. Worked closely with management staff, creative direction, engineering, web/interactive production, quality assurance, content developers, information architecture, and third-party vendors including Razorfish and Leo Burnett. Served in key creative roles for both the domestic and international product launches of BlackBerry Pearl 2, BlackBerry Pink Pearl, BlackBerry 8800 Series, BlackBerry Bold, BlackBerry Storm, BlackBerry Torch, BlackBerry Curve, and BlackBerry PlayBook. Maintained, evolved, and ensured cohesive design aesthetics throughout all BlackBerry online entities including BlackBerry.com, RIM.com, DiscoverBlackBerry.com, and product microsites. Responsible for the inception of an LA-based RIM-creative division which ultimately grew into an entire support staff serving BlackBerry Latin America.
